My father just fell down the stairs yesterday and he is still in the hospital. But anyways, I made the bully a gift on Sunday and I worked so hard on it, but today, the bully did not accept it from me. I was so upset, that I just felt like crying after that. I am so tired and sad. Guess what? The following things are going good...

I so hate school. Well, not really. I only like school because of my friends, not the teachers. I mean, why do the teachers make you do work, when you can just sit around and do nothing but talk. In technology on Friday, we got to just sit around and talk. But of course, since I couldn't concentrate on reading, I had to keep turning around to tell my boy friends to be quiet so I can read. Turns out that didn't work. At least the period was only 16 minutes long. The bully has now turned into Mr. Nice Guy to me. It is weird. I have to go now.

2 Year Bully In School

Hey~

sorry I haven't blogged in a long time. Anyways, today's title is, "2 Year Bully In School". You see, the reason I have wrote this title is because that there is a bully in my school and he has been bullying me for 2 years now, and I cannot take it anymore. He is a pain in the butt! He has been doing the following things to me...

• cutting in front of me at the water fountain and in fire drills


• laughs at me whenever I start crying in class


• says, "You owe me $5 bucks


• says bad things to me


• still mad at me for getting him lunch detention

Man, what is wrong with him?! What did I do wrong to him? Everyday, I ask him this, "Are you still mad at me?" And then this is what he said,"No, but I am furious at you." He is so mean. And everyday in class, he makes mean faces at me. I do not like him at all. He should be in regular detention. He should also be suspended from school. My teacher did not know about what had happened on Wedensday between me and the bully. He kept throwing carrots at me and then he made me drop my lunch. My metal lunch container spilled half of my lunch on the floor, and the lid was open. I should have closed it before he made me drop it. Then, I had to go and sit in the office to finish my lunch. And do you know who was in there? That's right. The bully. My teacher says that he is like this to everyone in 7th grade. I do not like him. I never liked him ever since 6th grade when he moved here. I had to sit right across from him in class. I also had to sit across from him in the office. He kept saying really mean stuff to me. That's when I started crying to myself because he was being so mean to me. Finally, the lunch lady asked why I was crying. I just said, "I just want to go outside!" Then, the lunch lady let me go outside to hang out and calm down. I stopped crying when I went outside. I forgot my sunglasses at home. So of course, I had to stay in the shade. My friends could tell that something was wrong. One of my friends had blond hair, and she gave me a hug, and so did a girl who had dark brown hair with glasses. Some of the girls gave me a hug. I felt a little better as I was getting hugs from my best friends. They always tell when something is wrong between me and the bully. They can tell because of my tears whenever I start crying. I always feel bad and ashamed to myself whenever the bully does something mean to me. Well, forget about the bully for right now. I have to go now. Post whenever you can.

Axademic Study hall

Well, It looks like Humanling here has just got a letter in the mail yesterday saying that she is failing two or more courses and that now they are making her go to Academic study hall after school for 2 weeks. So basically, I am only going for nine days, and that is it. You are not allowed to talk, giggle, draw,, doodle, or leave the room unless short of an emergency. Here, I will write you down the letter that they gave me. "Dear Parent/Guardian: Please be advised that your child, Humanling, has failed two(2) or more courses during this marking period. Your child will attend after school Academic Study Hall in order to remain eligible to participate in extra curricular activites, which includes sports, clubs, dances, movie nights, etc. This policy is explained on Page 6 of the Student Handbook. Students who are academically inelgible must attend Academic Study hall after school . They will have a two week grace period in order to get their grades up to passing. If they do, they will then be considered eligible for extra curricular activites. If they do not, then they will continue to go to Academic Study Hall until it ends and will be ineligible to participate until the next reporting period. Please refer to thr contract attached for specific information on the Academic Study Hall Rules.

Meany Pants Turns into Mr. Nice Guy

Hey there~ Its me, Humminling. I haven't written any blogs at all for like a long time. So, today, a kid in my class named Meany Pants, now turns into Mr. Nice Guy. It all started when I was just upstairs doing my work, when my teacher gave me and Mr. Meany Pants a jolly rancher. I asked him how his jolly rancher was, and then he asked me how was mine, and I said yummy. So after the bell rang, me and Mr. Meany Pants walked by the water fountain and asked him, "Do you want to be my friend?" And then, he said "sure"! So now he turned into Mr. Nice Guy. ANd he said that he really means it. Back then, we hated each other, but now, we like each other. I asked him if he wants to hang out with me in the summer sometime. He says maybe which is a good answer. I told him that he cannot say any annoying jokes or be mean to me anymore and he says okay, but he said my shoe was untied, and then he said that he was just kidding. So, when I noticed that his shoe lace was undone, I told him to watch out for his shoe lace. So now, we are BFF. That is all for my blog for tonight. Humminling

Are you being bullied, perhaps at work or school? The majority of people, will, at some stage of their life, be the victim of bullying. It can be very hard to deal with and can lead to a lot of stress and even depression. So what can one do to stop the bully or bullies? In this article I will be attempting to answer this question and will give my own ideas on how people can end their bullying nightmare.

Bullying is a big problem. It can make kids feel hurt, scared, sick, lonely, embarrassed and sad. Bullies might hit, kick, or push to hurt people, or use words to call names, threaten, tease, or scare them.
A bully might say mean things about someone, grab a kid's stuff, make fun of someone, or leave a kid out of the group on purpose.
Some bullies threaten people or try to make them do things they don't want to do.

Bullying is a big problem that affects lots of kids. Three-quarters of all kids say they have been bullied or teased. Being bullied can make kids feel really bad. The stress of dealing with bullies can make kids feel sick.
Bullying can make kids not want to play outside or go to school. It's hard to keep your mind on schoolwork when you're worried about how you're going to deal with the bully near your locker.
Bullying bothers everyone — and not just the kids who are getting picked on. Bullying can make school a place of fear and can lead to more violence and more stress for everyone.
What Does A Bully Look Like? \
A bully can appear in all shapes and sizes. It makes no difference if they are big or small. Some bullies can be quite popular with lots of friends, while others appear to be disliked by almost everyone. It is important that we understand that a bully cannot be labeled by what they look like. A bully can be recognized only by their actions.
Although there are many types of bullies and multiple ways of bullying, certain attributes are shared among them. One is domination. All bullies like to dominate others and use others to get what they want. It's all about power and the desire to win. While there is nothing inherently wrong with the desire for power, the bully lacks concern for the other's feelings and cannot foresee the immediate and long-term consequences of his or her actions on others.
Another common trait is to deny responsibility for their actions
. When confronted about an incident, a bully will deny any wrongdoing and will often accuse the other kid for starting the incident. Bullies learn to master blame and will often manipulate adults into their own distorted version of events. What makes this situation worse is when the bully has friends or bystanders who defend and support him. Unfortunately, this situation is common and causes the bully to persist and even escalate his aggression toward his target.

There is this girl in my gym class who, along with a few other girls, I jokingly talk BS to. It's a friendly sort of thing and we do it back and forth. This girl, I'll call her Kay, on Monday started talking about whether or not I would hit her if she hit me. I answered yes and she said we would fight on Tuesday. Well, Tuesday I got sick and completely forgot about the encounter. When I came back on Wednesday she asked me why I chickened out. I was confused but regardless she began hitting me a couple times. I didn't react for I found no reason to do so. When I didn't react and walked away she tried to drag me to the ground, and failed because admittedly I'm not the skinniest girl in school. She tripped me and I got up and walked away and that was done. She seemed like it was just one of those BSing times by shaking my hand and apologizing. I was doubtful and lo and behold I come to school on Thursday and she beats on me in the locker room telling me if I don't hit back she'll keep doing it. I still don't retaliate and she stops to get dressed. I leave. Then when we go back to change again she starts it up again. I ask what happens if I hit her back and she says she'll hit me. I don't want to get suspended for the inevitable fight so I don't fight back. I feel it's to trivial to talk to the teachers about and they really don't do anything anyways, plus it's my own fault. I know this can be taken care of in a kind way without outside interference but I'm not sure how to go about it besides not fighting back but I fear by doing that I'll get seriously hurt because her attacks have become just slightly more harmful. What should I do?


If she is harassing you, and won't stop, then let her know that you might be forced to go to the police and file a complaint against her for harassment. You might also remind her that physical assault is a crime, as well.She is a bully, and apparently has emotional issues -- i can't think of another reason a person would want to involve themselves in this sort of behavior.Protect yourself, and give her conditions



This girl used to be my friend but shes been like physically hurting me (she punched me in the eye for no reason, she hits me). I stopped hanging out with her but she still has my email. Im not going to change my email because shes like a little flea, shes not even worth it. The things shes been saying to me though lately have actually made me cry, one time she made me cry so much i actually wanted to cut my self (i dont even cut)!. And the things shes saying, its weird but it still hurts. She calls me fat and ugly. I want it to stop and i emailed her and texted her a lot of times telling her to stop and that i just want it to stop but she keeps on doing it. i dont feel threatened. but she lives down the street from me and her parents scare me because they do stuff (drugs) and they've been arrested before. they've screamed at 9 yr olds before for messing with their "precious" daughter so im not sure what they'd do to me. should i go to the police for what shes saying to me anyways? I dont want it to seem like im mad at her so i wanna teach her a lesson. i really want it to stop!

You need some confident friends, then press legal charges on him for sexual harassment. I'm 15, and I abuse the hell out of my civil rights. People use to give me a lot of crap in elementary school, then I started taking people to court for assault, harassment, sexual harassment, etc.Get some friends in on it too, to do the same thing. Don't just "snitch" to the police, demand something be done about it. It's illegal in the United States to discriminate someone for their true or untrue sexual orientation, and sexual harassment charges can be pressed on the person that does that. You may also file for a court-issued restraining order.Good luck.

Shoe Pain ( Pain in the neck)

Humminling is back online for business! Here is a story from yesterday, it is called, "The Day that Humminling got hit in The Head By a Shoe."

There I was, sitting with my best friend B on the school bus to go home. When all of a sudden, a shoe came flying in the air near my head, and boing! My head started to hurt really bad. It is not good for someone who has epilepsy to get hit by a shoe on the bus, especially me. I think I know who it came from... I think it was a boy I hate named Meanie. I wasn't doing anything bad, I was just talking to B, and then my head got hurt by a shoe and I started crying my head off, I went up and told the bus driver he talked to the kid who threw the shoe at my head and he said this... " Whoever threw this shoe at this little girl, is going to get detention for a week all next week and will write an essay about why you hit her in the head." I was in a lot of pain last night and I did not even eat dinner, I just watched the Polar Express and man, was it cool. I was feeling a little better when I was watching the movie, the next day, I was feeling all better and no more pain. The End. Good thing that I did not have to go to the Emergencia Room. I just got a really painful splinter.

Fire Heads birthday last weekend

Hey, its me Hummaling! Last weekend I went to Fire Heads Birthday party and i got to spend the night with her. Apparently, the next morning when I woke up, Fire Head noticed that I had a seizure. It only lasted like a second. My mom wrote a note about something in case I have a seizure. She said this... "If she goes into a seizure, lay her on her side, don't put anything in her mouth. One or two minutes is fine, but 4,5 minutes or more, then call 911. Or put her on YouTube." the last part with the youtube was a joke, she would never do that. Don't panic, or put her on youtube.

LONDON – Scientists have discovered an ancient whale whose bite ripped huge chunks of flesh out of other whales about 12 million years ago — and they've named it after the author of "Moby Dick."

The prehistoric sperm whale grew to between 13 and 18 meters (up to 60 feet) long, not unusual by today's standards. But unlike modern sperm whales, Leviathan melvillei, named for Herman Melville, sported vicious, tusk-like teeth some 36 centimeters (14 inches) long.

The ancient beast evidently dined on other whales, researchers said in Thursday's issue of the journal Nature. They report finding a skull of the beast in a Peruvian desert.

The researchers named it in tribute to the 19th-century author and his classic tale of the great white whale, which includes frequent digressions on natural history that punctuate the action.

"There is a chapter about fossils," one of the paper's authors, Olivier Lambert of the Natural History Museum in Paris, said. "Melville even mentions some of the fossils that I studied for my PhD thesis."

Anthony Friscia, a paleontologist at the University of California, Los Angeles, who wasn't involved in the discovery, said scattered finds of huge fossilized teeth had long hinted at the ancient whale's existence. But without a skull to fit them in, the creature's shape, size and feeding habits remained a mystery.

"The fact that they have found the entire jaw — well, almost the entire skull — is what's pretty unprecedented," he said.

The ancient beasts "were the killer whales of their time, although on a much grander scale," Friscia said. "They were close to the biggest things around."

Friscia said he thought the choice of a name was fantastic.

"You gotta love any time you get a nod to literature in taxonomy," he said. "It was a big whale, so why not?"

Humanling, waiting for a grilled cheese to be made for her tummy. No one hasn't answered her back yet, so now, she is writing this blog on her blogger acount. She cannot wait to eat because she is very hungry and thirsty and cannot wait any longer to eat. She is writing on her moms laptop (work laptop) and she is letting me use it. If she doesn't do it right, her mom will take the work laptop away for a month and will not get it back until her mom says so. Take her easy, she has a best friend named Fire Head. She has been my BFF since 2nd grade at my old school. Huminlings mom is getting ready to make her a grilled cheese. Huminling cannot wait any longer to eat. She and her best friend Fire Head have had several sleepovers. Humminling, however, has been dying to see Fire Head to go for a swim in her pool at her house in her backyard. Fire Head was in my class for 3 years now and our anniversary is coming up soon. When we go for a swim, sometimes, we have a swim race and Fire Head always beats me, but we are still good sports at it. Humminling has had a lot of sleepovers with her friend Fire Head. Today, Humminling went to "Once Upon a Child" to get her some new clothing. Fire Head, however, is at my old school in Bethel, Connecticut. I tried to call Fire Head today, but she didn't answer. not trying to be mean or anything to my best friend, I just had to call her Fire Head cause her hair is orange, and is the color of fire from the flame of a fire place or ig something is on fire.

V- Mail from Santa Claus::

Guess what?! Santa Claus emailed Huminling back and he sent her a V' mail which means a video for your mail. I am so happy and as usual I am back on the nice list ever since last christmas. In fiact, I got two of his V- mails. I have known him since I was a baby. Humminling is very happy that she has got an email from santa claus. Santa claus is the best ever. Christmas is coming and I am so happy because I amgoing to my uncle's house for a sleepover on Christmas day. With my two little cousins. There is only one problem when I go there. Whenever it is time for me and my other two cousins to go to sleep, my second little cousin wakes me and my first little cousin up and then we can barely sleep for the rest of the night until my uncle and my aunt take him into their room and not ours and then me and my first little cousin can sleep through the rest of the night. Whenever my little 2nd cousin sarts to wake up and scream, me and my other cousin put pillows over our heads so we can pretend that we don't hear the horrible screaming and crying at 12:00 AM. There is the part where I can't sleep. Then my aunt has to come in and take out the little screamer baby and take him into their room. Then me and my other cousin can sleep. This is the best night ever. See you later.

Today, I started to jump rope because I needed to exersice so I could be in top shape for tommorow because I need to use my best singing voice cause I have a concert that is coming up for me for chorus. With my chorus teacher, she picked out costumes for everyone for the concert. I got to be a santa girl in the concert which means that I get to throw snow flakes on my principal's head. It's a surprise and I can't tell him or else it wouldn't be a surprise anymore I like chorus because I have the best singing voice in the world. Yesterday I also got a new backpack for school cause the backpack that I have now, it was so hard to carry because it always got my hair stuck inside of it and then I had to carry around a really heavy backpack with buckle straps on there and it was a pain in the neck with me because I didn't enjoy that. last night when I went trick or treating it was pouring rain and my hair got all wet and soaked. I also got a gift certificate to a bowling alley. But it is all wet and ripped so I am letting it dry right now. I just had a snickers bar. I can't beleive that my hair got so soaked and wet last night. I am so glad that I have a new bookbag for school.

Bad news!!! Chuck E cheese is Lactose and tolerinte and they closed down! I can't belive that they are now going re- open and recall it Chuck E Chick pea. They have to replace the cheese with chick peas. It's horrible. I found my very first Chuck E cheese token.
